Plymouth apartment fire under control by noon

Comment: This is right alongside of Hwy 169 between 36th. and Medicine Lake

Why can't they build an multi-unit building that when there is a fire in one unit, it is contained in one unit? What it would it take: sprinklers & concrete floors and walls between units.
